Only 1150 Calories yesterday

So I have decided to start watching my calorie intake, and this is what I had yesterday.

Breakfast- 2 Strawberry Strudels w/ icing- 380 Calories

Lunch- Salad with 2 Tbsps. of light ranch dressing- 185 Calories

Snacks- One medium size apple- 80 Calories, 27 Cheez-It crackers- 150 Calories

Supper- Turkey Sandwich, 12 cool ranch Dorito Chips, a dill pickle, and a Coke Zero- 355 Calories

Overall 1150 in Calorie intake. According to this website I need to eat at least 1683 Calories to keep my current weight.

Of course, If I want to lose weight I probably just need to keep eating less Calories, and work out why I am at it.
